1. About us
This website is operated by Ryan3DPrints, a sole trader business (ABN 65663484531), based in Western Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ryan3DPrints, and "you" means the person using this website or placing an order. You can contact us at support@ryan3dprints.com.au.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a confirmation email or dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is listed incorrectly, or we can't fulfil a custom request. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. We don't store your card details.

4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

6. Custom and made-to-order items
For custom orders, you're responsible for confirming the details (size, colour, material, quantity) before we start printing. We'll let you know if a request isn't printable or needs changes. Custom items are made specifically for you, so change-of-mind returns aren't available, but faulty or incorrectly made items are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Nature of 3D printed products
3D printed items are made layer by layer, so visible layer lines, minor surface texture, and small dimensional variations are normal. Colours may differ slightly from photos because of screen settings and filament batches. Unless a product listing says otherwise, our products aren't food-safe, aren't suitable for safety-critical or load-bearing use, and aren't intended for young children. Please check suitability for your purpose before ordering.

8. Your designs and intellectual property
If you supply a design or ask us to reproduce an object, you confirm that you own it or have the right to have it printed. We won't print items that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or design rights, or items that are unlawful or intended to cause harm. We may refuse any order for these reasons. Designs we create, and the content of this website, remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9. Promotions
Promotions and offers are subject to the conditions stated at the time, may be withdrawn at any time, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.

10. Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Where our liability can't be excluded, it's limited, to the extent permitted, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.

12. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
