Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

  • In-stock items: orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Western Australia).
  • Made-to-order and custom items: these are printed after you order, so allow 5-7 business days to produce before dispatch. For large or complex orders, we'll email you with an estimated timeframe.

You'll receive an email when your order ships, including tracking details.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. 

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch, using Australia Post standard parcel service:

  • Western Australia (metro): 2-4 business days
  • Western Australia (regional) and other states: 4-8 business days
  • Remote areas: allow additional time

These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, public holidays, weather, or high-volume periods like Christmas, and we can't guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, contact us at support@ryan3dprints.com.au and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't redirect parcels once dispatched, and if an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@ryan3dprints.com.au with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Multiple items
Items in the same order may ship separately, particularly if you've mixed in-stock items with custom prints. You won't be charged extra shipping for this.
